As the cultivators of one of the four key components of beer, the hop farmers of the US are constantly pushing the boundaries of how varietals can be expressed in our beers to the absolute max. Cryo hops have always been in the periphary here at HQ; we love the theory that lupulin-enriched varietals = brighter, bolder and punchier hop flavours, and we’ve gone all out on Wonder Cryo. Loaded to the nines with Simcoe Cryo and Idaho 7 Cryo, expect to find a beer absolutely bursting with the usual flavour notes from these incredible varietals – think fresh cut grapefruit, pineapple, overripe mango, and apricot – but with a pronounced cleanness, that makes this IPA so beautifully drinkable.
