For our brand new lager we took everything we learned on Volume I and tried to improve it. We added a few more IBUs for a crisper finish and some later hops and some new yeast strains for a slightly fruitier ester. As with Volume I we took our time conditioning this beer. This extended maturation means a crystal clear pint in the glass without a drop of finings in there. The result is a gorgeous golden Helles which is both crisp with a sold malt backbone, perfect for the summer come rain or shine.
