Brand new keg and cask pale. We wanted to take what we learnt on recent brews such as Surrealistic Pillow and design a beer that works well in both cask and keg. We used our usual Oat heavy malt bill and added some of our favourite yet subtle hops. We used Cascade, Cashmere and Idaho 7 for a lovely floral, Peach & Mango flavour profile. This delicate refreshing pale can be enjoyed cold and fizzy or cool and low carb.
